Ingredients:
- 2 serving of udon noodles (500 mg)
- Shiitake mushroom (portion by the heart)
- Chicken breast (portion by the heart)
- 3 tbsp of Butter
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/2 of yellow or white onions (sliced or diced)
- 2 tbsp of Miso paste
- 1.5-2 cups of Heavy cream
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Dried Parsley or Italian Seasonings
- Smoked Paprika or Cayenne pepper
- Salt & Pepper
Chicken Marinate:
- Garlic powder
- Onion Powder
- Dried Parsley or Italian Seasonings
- Smoked Paprika or Cayenne Pepper
- Salt & Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- Seasoned the chicken evenly on both sides with all the ingredients listed above.
- Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer at 400F for 25 minutes or until chicken is golden with a little crisp on the outside.
- Minced 2-3 cloves of garlic and diced half of a white or yellow onion.
- On medium heat, add butter to a pan. Let the butter melt completely, and then add minced garlic and sliced onions. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
- Add mushroom, 2-3 tbsp of water and 1 tbsp of oyster sauce. Stir and let it cook for a few seconds.
- Add 1.5 cups of heavy cream, 2 tbsp of miso paste, 1 tsp of soy sauce, and 1 tsp of sugar. Bring the sauce to boil and then add in the udon noodles.
- Mix everything together. Garnish with green onions or shredded seaweed. ENJOY!
