Ingredients:
- 10 oz thinly sliced ribeye
- cooked rice
- 1.5 cups of corn
- 1/2 yellow onions, thinly sliced
- 1 green onion stalk, thinly sliced
- garlic
- ginger
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- oyster sauce
- honey
- black pepper
- 1-2 tbsp of butter
- mozzarella cheese (optional)
Black Pepper Honey Soy Sauce Pre-mix:
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of oyster Sauce
- 2.5 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 3 grated garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/4 tsp of grated ginger
Cooking Instructions:
- Prepare your sliced yellow onions, green onions and 1 cup of corn.
- Pre-mix the black pepper honey soy sauce and set aside.
- On medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil to a cast iron skillet or frying pan. Add in the thinly sliced yellow onions. Sauté until fragrant, and then gather the onions to the middle.
- Place one bowl of cooked rice on top of the sautéed onions.
- Place thinly sliced beef around the rice.
- Add in the corn, green onions and 1-2 tbsp of butter.
- Pour pre-mix sauce over everything.
- Mix everything together. Top with mozzarella cheese (optional), and enjoy!
