- Fish Sauce
- Garlic
- Cilantro
- Lime
- Honey
- Sesame Oil (optional)
- Sugar (Brown or White)
- Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper
Chicken Marinate Mix (Dry Rub):
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp of Pepper

- 1 tsp of Baking Soda
- Corn Starch (other alternatives are: all purpose flour, rice flour, tapioca flour. All of these will help make the outside crispy). Coat the outside of the wings entirely.
Fish Sauce for Wings:
- 1 Serrano pepper or 2-3 Thai chili peppers

- 2 tbsp of Fish Sauce
- 2 tbsp of Honey

- Chopped Cilantro (portion by the heart)
*For more flavors (totally optional), cook the fish sauce mix in a pan on medium heat until it is slightly thickens. Use this sauce to toss the wings later.
Cooking Instructions:
- Pat the wings dry with paper towel before seasoning (moisture will make the wings soggy).
- Coat the chicken wings thoroughly with chicken marinate mix listed above.
- Place the wings in the air fryer in a single layer at 400F for 30 minutes or until golden crispy. Turn the wings halfway so they are crispy on both sides.
- While the wings are in the air fryer, make the fish sauce in a bowl.
- Once wings are done, place the wings in the sauce bowl and give it a good toss/mix.
- Plate it. Garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
